Pros

Office space is nice, modern Some of the regular employees are easy to get along with

Cons

Lots of dysfunction happens here at Percepto. Many of the teams are very disjointed and not organized. It can take forever to accomplish even the easiest tasks because management doesn't work with you, they work against you. Percepto has many incompetent managers and too many of them for a company our size. Salaries are not great. People are overworked most of the time. Lots of arguing among the internal teams.

Thank you for your feedback, we are always open to hearing and learning how to improve as a company. As a product led company, the product organization is a leading factor in our company's efforts, strategy and vision. We are empowering our product managers to become an important pivot within our processes, and doing all we can to support them in their complex mission. This is one of the reasons this feedback has surprised us. We are hearing the opposite feedback, often, from many members of the product and R&D teams- from frequent 1 on 1 talks with HR and managers to feedback processes and company surveys. Nevertheless, We will definitely look into it, and make sure the issues you’ve described are not the common view. We know talking directly about challenges is sometimes hard, but we are always here to listen and are open to all spectrum of opinions. As a current employee, we encourage you to discuss these issues with your managers or HR, so we can better understand and help. Yael Wolinitz Kitzis, VP People

Pros

You get a desk, a chair and an old laptop and equipment.

Cons

Percepto is not a company to work for if you want to advance your career or get promoted. There is lots of infighting and employees are neglected. The technology they create may look advanced but the staff is left using ancient equipment and hardware. The company is super cheap and doesn't care to invest in the employees. The office is far from where most people live. Lots of other companies in the area that are better to work for.

Pros

They offer free parking, some employees are nice.

Cons

Percepto is an awful employer. Salaries are below average, the office is a dump, and employees are poorly treated. There's a lot of favoritism towards certain employees and if you don't speak their native language, you're treated like a second class citizen. The drone in a box solution is riddled with bugs and all their customers have nothing good to say about it. Stay away from this company!
