I have been working at Perfectly Posh full-time for less than a year

    Cons

None. It's a great company to work for.

I worked at Perfectly Posh full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Flexible schedules, great co-workers, compensation.

    Cons

Leadership lacking, micro-management supervisors, department heads backstabbing other teams. Created a toxic environment for team collaboration and open creative dialog. Very chaotic at times. The worker bees in the trenches were great people. but the environment had people coming and going due to work burnout or discontent. great PTO benefit that you really couldn't tap into without feeling like you would get fired if you stepped away from your desk for more than a minute.

I worked at Perfectly Posh full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Worked with one of the best creative teams. The rest of the departments were always helpful and insightful to any questions I had about the products and took the time to explain. I didn’t feel there was a lot of “us and them”. Not saying it was perfect, but the atmosphere was great and people were fun.

    Cons

The only downside for me is that I don’t work there anymore.

    Pros

    Good products that last awhile

    Cons

Since the change in the pay scale, i lost my pink ranking and commission percentage.

I have been working at Perfectly Posh part-time

    Pros

Posh has amazing products that covers everything from head to toe.

    Cons

Why does Posh take away products that customers love. The customers look forward to ordering that same product once they run out of the product that they love. Also the current catalog that came out is really hard to understand. I loved the old catalog where it listed the certain categories and the products listed underneath that particular category.

I have been working at Perfectly Posh full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Really great people, except the executive management team. The products are good.

    Cons

One of the most hostile and toxic work environments I have ever experienced. You think the reviews on this page are false, but they are absolutely true. The toxicity starts at the top. The CEO will quite literally throw a temper tantrum if she doesn't get her way. She talks badly about every single person in the company behind their back. She's not equipped to lead and people stay on because they are afraid.
