      Benefits were good, tried to create a positive work environment.

      Cons

      Claim to be a faith based organization, yet they will drop you without warning, while smiling in your face. If you question their processes/policies expect retaliation. They try to assure you they have low turnover, not the case. For such a small company, there were terminations almost monthly it seemed.
