Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Perricone MD full-time for more than a year
Pros
There was a time when passionate and smart people led this company. They are gone....what is left is a prescription for failure.
Cons
No direction, inexperienced management who (sadly) have no clue how to deal with the mess they have created.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Perricone MD full-time
Pros
Great products that should dominate the market
Cons
Early on realized that direct management was a total micro managing sycophant (who had no idea how to sell the products). Also, critical top-to-top contact with key customers (which is critical to foster an ongoing partnership) did not exist.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Perricone MD full-time
Pros
Great product, great location in SF, great employees left at the bottom and mid level of the Company hierarchy
Cons
The company structure is very vertical; there are too many Chiefs and not enough people who actually do the work. ERP system is not used/setup and everything is done manually in standard MS Office soft. Compensation is also not sufficient for the level of stress and fluctuations within the company. There are many bad management decisions that led to bogged down operations and people layoffs.
Continue readingThanks for taking the time to write a review and for acknowledging the great employees we have, we are proud of the talent we have in the company. I also wanted to acknowledge that we are making huge investments into our ERP capabilities, not least of all adding new components that will make the interfaces between our Operations and Finance teams much more seamless, so it's great to hear we are also making the right technology investments.
