Flexible WFH policy Strong roster of enterprise clients/good logos

Cons

Greedy executives froze pay, laid off 150+ in the last few months. Least they can do was offer equity refreshes - nope. Barely offer any equity to begin with Awful leadership from executives through endless middle management layers.

Pros

Persado's AI technology sits in a very dynamic and exciting space - they work with big brands on exciting things. Persado was more than fair to me, and I learned an enormous amount working with smart, worldly people. It is a challenging place, and you have to be up for the ever-evolving environment.

Cons

Vision for the company doesn't always jive with the experience on the ground. Culture includes both great benefits and healthy work/life balance but can also feel cut-throat and very high pressure.
