    I Love my immediate co-workers!

    Cons

    Nepotism is at an all time high! Regional Administrator’s husband is an employee and should not be. Extremely toxic environment with several family members and friends of family. Very gossipy environment and open discussion of other employees among management.

    I really enjoy working with patients in their homes. I feel like the patients strive better while their in their own enviroment.

    Not every home is clean, it's a lot of driving to & from each patients homes.
