Pros

If you hustle, you can make pretty decent money. The hours are pretty good even though you do have to work Saturdays.

Cons

If you don't sell enough and they end up paying you hourly, you'll have to pay them back once you do make commission. There are also no benefits, no health insurance or 401k. You'll either be selling cable packages door to door or you'll be walking around Home Depot trying to get people to sign up for cabinet refacing appointments. It gets pretty tedious.

Loved the environment and the encouragement from the others. Makes a person feel like family

Cons

If your not used to direct sales outside and not prepared for a no base salary this is not for you
