    Hard to progress up the ladder, people tend to stay very long time

    Pros

    Everybody from Top Management till bottom level are willing to share and help each other. The key point here is, you as an employee must have an atttitude to ensure the company are running at a profit at least.

    In order for you to complete the task given, you must be fully knowledgeble and if you are not then you must work hard to find it without giveup.

    Advice to Management

    To standardise the Human Resourse procedures so everybody is aware on all the procedures to make sure they follow each of rules without arguing anymore.
