    Pros

work environment, dress down, large company means reasonable growth expectations

    Cons

some of the managers (pharmacist with no management training) had the fake it until you make it mindset, weren't innovative, didn't really seem to care about prospective problem solving- this made for a stressful situation- phones would be ringing with all consultants already on calls or off call 2 minutes- and "management" would not step in to take care of customers- instead ALL 5 of them would be walking around asking if someone could wrap up their notes and take another call.

    Advice to Management

Show that you're willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Stop promoting socially and embrace diversity- different mindset will take company higher.
