It could be so much better, the talk is around 'Not Normal' which is only credible if you drink the 'Kool Aid'. There have to be concerns around the real size of the market opportunity and the immature management style. There is certainly pressure by the People team to write positive reviews, probably worth checking these with the increasing numbers of individuals leaving.

The company expects too much, targets too high, work is continually stressful and you're asked for more and more continually while more and more actions are thrown at you to the point its hard to focus on any one action because you're overwhelmed with ton's of systems to fill in and a daily list of actions beyond your day job which continues to grow.
