    Poor management, cut throat tactics, no respect, unrealistic targets regarding IQOS, lost many good people due to the companies treatment and lack of respect, one of the worst organisations i have ever worked for.

    Wake up!!

    Support your once dedicated workers who gave everything but got nothing when needed. Managers are very false and out for themselves

    Pros

    The salary maybe, although they are still the most underpaid Tobacco Reps in the country. Which is astounding with what we do.

    Cons

    My time with Philip Morris has been eventful to say the least. On numerous occasions have I made reports of wrongdoings, and nothing was ever done....despite compliance team always stating “we do it right.”
    If you suffer or could potentially suffer with any mental health issues, STEER CLEAR from this company! You get zero help, zero support, you just get bullied/victimised even more. They say they care, they do not!
    This company will stop at nothing to bring you down, to break you, to make you feel worthless!!

    Advice to Management

    Far to many young managers with no life experience and don’t know how to deal with real life issues. Treat people like people and not like robots, except that feed back isn’t always negative, It’s the truth and if any of you would even consider or try doing our job you would see how hard it actually is.
