      Pros

Free lunch with a lot of options Working alongside some very ambitious and intelligent people Interesting equipment to work on

      Cons

Very low morale Management structure complex - often leading to projects being circulated and brought back with no one understanding who's responsible for certain changes Contractors treated as a lesser employee Terrible for your mental health if you like to stay busy Often feel watched by other employees as there is some form of 'reward' based scheme for anyone who records any work carried out incorrectly or not to the companies standard. Treated as a number rather than a person

      Only downhill from here!

      Pros

Relaxed atmosphere; very good people around; internal opportunities; exceptional benefits.

      Cons

The company outright refuses to be in line with current events in terms of WFH and stands proud by its slogan “work from work”. The pay is lower than what industry peers offer and the promotion and pay rise process is set in such way that no matter how well you do a significant bump is not coming. Bonuses could definitely be better but instead calculations are altered every year adding more components. On local level - plenty of middle management people with decades at the company who have no drive nor contribute yet are allowed freedom to do whatever they want. Number of teams have a turnover that should make HR look into it. P66 should be a company you do not want to ever leave instead talent will quit in numbers.
