Pros
Very good work life balance and strong safety culture. Good benefits with lunch and gym provisions. Friendly office and local management are very good.
Cons
Commercial office but not an aggressive trading office. Satellite office and not core business function leaves the office to cost cutting and too much head office structure that doesn't fit the work here.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Phillips 66 full-time for more than a year
Pros
Benefits are great: good gym membership, share scheme, health plan, lots of holiday, good work life balance (you can be out of the office at 5pm 90% of the time)
Cons
1. There are few opportunities for career progression within the marketing department. It was also very obvious that employees on the grad scheme get fast tracked and preferential treatment when applying for roles. 2. There was also a bit of a clique between the commercial and marketing department, staff in the commercial department looked down upon employees in the marketing department. 3. The company isn't innovative and instead very conservative. Expect lot of bureaucracy and meetings and no decision at the end of the process.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Phillips 66 full-time
Pros
After the repositioning the company's results stayed promising, large scale projects began to build an even better future, but the developments are very US focused. The company is known to be very family friendly with a great emphasis o work-life balance.
Cons
As mentioned in the Pros section, there are huge investments/developments, but those are very US focused, the company is shrinking in the rest of the world leaving the non US employees with little to no opportunities to further their career.
