Pros
This is company a great company to work for. By far the best property management company out there without a doubt. Decent pay, great management, the president of company is great, and this company definitely deserves its props it’s not many bad things you honestly can say about this company and how they run things.
Cons
The main con and the main reason I’m looking for other opportunities is because you have to drive your personal vehicle around. To some people it may not be a big deal but the way you have to put in your mileage is veryyyy tedious, and you get NO compensation or help if you vehicle messes up which is the current situation I’m in.
