Don't Bother Applying if You're a Woman

Pros

A few kind, honest, hard-working people

Cons

If you are a woman you will not be respected, and you will not have a voice. Just look at their website. All upper management positions are white males (most of which have no idea what they are doing, never get anything done, and will laugh at you when you try to present new ideas to improve the company). As soon as you try to make changes to improve the company, you have a target on your back because 80% of the managers are old and scared of change. The culture is terrible. You're not allowed to "be friends" with your co-workers. On top of all of that, the pay is extremely low unless of course you're a male in a management position. Even the women that were in management positions were making substantially less than their male counterparts.

Pros

You can work as many hours as you want, the bonus you get for being on time and not calling off is $2 more per hour for that week. The employees there are good people.

Cons

Employee ran. Management sucks. Unorganized. Never teach you what you need to know you just have to learn on your own. The amount of work can become stressful. No opportunity for growth. Lots of product coming in and not enough space to put it away and you have to figure out on your own what to do with it. Nobody cares and everyday all people do is complain complain complain. Orders are being printed same time as the driver is there to pick up so now you are under pressure to get it done faster.
