Loved working here. Great team, great brand.
Cons
At the time, salaries slightly non-competitive with the market, huge workload, lack of real direction from then CEO. Brand identity whilst unique was not as strong or as focused as it could've been.

Pros
Great team to work with, super easy to converse between store and head office. Beautiful clothing and a gorgeous brand. I was lucky enough to have a great store manager who I still keep in regular contact, as well as most of the other sales associates I worked with.
Cons
Rota was hard to change once finalised. Also encountered a couple of people along the way who weren't the most friendly but they came and went quite quickly.
