I worked at Pink Shirtmaker full-time

    Pros

Worked for Thomas Pink for one year in 2017. Great people to have worked with. Most of the staff were in their mid-20's. It was fun and enjoyable place to be at. Always looked forward to be at work. Head office sometimes visited to check up on us to see if we were okay and if we need anything.

    Cons

Short staffed = longer hours at work somtimes.

I worked at Pink Shirtmaker full-time

    Pros

Great staff benefits, annual clothing allowance, amazing staff sales and overall great discount on all merchandise.

    Cons

Base salary is VERY poor and not competitive. This may have improved since I left in 2016, but this was ultimately the main reason why I had to leave, considering I worked for the company for 3 years or so, starting from sales advisor in-store to head office.

I worked at Pink Shirtmaker full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great team to work with, super easy to converse between store and head office. Beautiful clothing and a gorgeous brand. I was lucky enough to have a great store manager who I still keep in regular contact, as well as most of the other sales associates I worked with.

    Cons

Rota was hard to change once finalised. Also encountered a couple of people along the way who weren't the most friendly but they came and went quite quickly.

I worked at Pink Shirtmaker full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Paid overtime for full timers (if budgeted correctly). Uniform allowance fairly good although could use updating. Good in-store team built.

    Cons

Poor upper management. Backwards thinking. Head office - senior people in 20 year old roles with no adaptation. Poor recruitment of area management. Lack of loyalty to staff. Poor basic salary - very uncompetitive.
