I worked at Pink Shirtmaker part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Amazing work environment, worked with a wonderful team. Free clothes, good pay and flexible approach to working rota. Also a great social life, loads of work outings.

    Cons

Would prefer shorter shifts to allow for flexibility, you are only able to work a full day or not at all.

    I worked at Pink Shirtmaker

    Pros

Wonderful product, good work environment, great support from corporate office. Excellent training seminars and product knowledge. Sonia Proulx, was an amazing mentor. Suzanne Humbert introduced a Terrific clientele program. The CEO Jonathan was terrific. Great communication and hands on help from all corporate members. Easy effortless style and impeccable quality.

    Cons

Register systems always crashing, difficult to restart system when ring numerous transactions and do process a lot of manual transactions which was not effective when we had long lines. . Inventory procedure long and tedious. More uniform options and the an allotment to maintain the uniform is necessary. More options in white Mens dress shirts and other classic colors are very important. Made for product lacking important fabric details. Need more marketing to increase brand awareness.

    I worked at Pink Shirtmaker

    Pros

Good work environment. The managment respected all the employees and the clients. The staff was able to work to their full ability

    Cons

I would have appreciated to be paid by commission, as it was a sales position. Besides this I was happy with the company.

I worked at Pink Shirtmaker for less than a year

    Pros

Not very stressed working environment. Nice, helpful colleagues/supervisor.

    Cons

As a satellite office (in NYC), it had very little say in the strategy or plans for the brand and would simply take directives. No real growth, felt a little stagnant and slow.
