Good company, but lack of clarity in direction they're going in for Pinnacle Service Families
Pros
Reasonable pay, great work life balance, plenty of training material to get people started.
Cons
The company seem to bring in and change procedures weekly, and there has been a number of changes to void procedures that has extended the work days, especially when it's busy. The electric cars aren't well thought out as a company car. Great if you're fortunate enough to have the capacity for a home charger, but very unfortunate if you have to sit in service stations for hours a week charging, only to find the expense form doesn't cover the amount you've spent on charging the vehicle. There also doesn't seem to be great training for managers, which shows in style of management some choose to adopt. There is also no progression in the company right now due to a recruitment freeze.
