I worked at Pinsent Masons full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fantastic people, all very knowledgeable, capable and friendly. Good working environment and culture. Some unique solutions, which make for interesting work. Relaxed/realistic pace of work when there aren't big deadlines to hit.

    Cons

Client requests trump planned project work. Management can reprioritise work at short notice. Tendency to buy off the shelf stuff that isn't necessarily fit for purpose.
