Pros
Pixida is a great place to work :), it is a company that has a well structured team of seniors and juniors (with all the winds of change of the industry), the contact with your direct supervisors (BU Managers) is transparent and not so protocollary, what is much better in my opinion than in other places. The office in Munich is really well located, the Pool-Desks had always place for everybody, just a bit tight in Covid times but that was everywhere. About activities for team and corporative building, that's something in which they were great, offering nice venues, covering in a really fair way the costs and offering a really good environment.
Cons
As most of the companies in consultancy or similar, when you're a person who's not interested in management but just in growing professionally in technical aspects, you reach the roof kind of "fast", after 3-4 years there are not so many roads to follow but the Management one.
