Pros
There is an environmental of creativity and excitement at Plant Designs. The team are interesting and friendly people and have a huge range of talents in different areas. The culture is fast paced and there are opportunities to grow in your role or in other areas. You have to want to work hard and contribute and you get rewarded for that.
Cons
I can't think of anything as long as you like a fast pace of work.
