The Co-founders are an effective team combining deep leadership experience, wisdom, and passion with a once in a generation mind and executional talent. If you work hard and seize on opportunities in front of you, the business rewards and supports you. I have seen numerous examples of this across our coworkers and it's a good feeling to go to work each day knowing you are on a winning team. Cons
Standard laptop issuance is not a Mac. On a serious note the main con isn't about Playroll but about the market we operate in. There simply aren't enough hours in the day to seize on this market opportunity in an increasingly fast moving industry - that means it's sometimes challenging to prioritize and focus.
