Pros
Very flexible in terms of remote/in-office, relaxed, comfortable company culture, opportunity to partake in a variety of different tasks in a rewarding manner.
Cons
Contributions to some projects can feel a bit opaque in terms of how much impact they're making: if at all possible it could be nice to clue those lower on the ladder in on how their work is being received/applied more often.
