Leisure Living is a terrible place to work.
Pros
Casual dress code, decent pay
Cons
I have never experienced a more unorganized company in my life. None of the management is on the same page, and you will always be disposable to them unless you are family (and trust me, there is a LOT of family there). They could care less about you as an individual, and you will never experience advancement here. This is a dead end job, and the company itself is crumbling at this very moment. Don't ever get too comfortable here. There are people ready to find reasons to fire you at every moment. Despite the managerial issues here, the company's customer service policies are horrendous, so expect to have people screaming at you and no support to deal with it. They can't seem to get any of their employees to last, which is not ultimately a surprise, so you will experience constant understaffing and most likely take on the jobs of three departments while still getting paid for only one. You're not really allowed to ask for time off, so prepare to be worked to death for the summer (usually 40-60 hours a week), then completely laid off with no warning for "slow times". If you really need to work here, I suggest you continue to look for a new job. You are just another pawn in the game.
