      Pros

      - Good pay - Manager was friendly - Understanding co-workers (some of them) - Good hours

      Cons

      - One of my co-workers was a bully toward me and another co-worker. - Wasn’t organized - Dress Code was unorganized - Lunch breaks were hardly available - I couldn’t clock-out when my schedule said to, the manager told us when we could leave.

      Pros

The pay was good and I made a lot of friendships that I'm sure will last a long time. The whole company is like a big family. It's also nice getting to work with families.

      Cons

You don't make commission, yet you are expected to make high-pressure sales as if you do. Everything is about making money and getting good sales, to the point where customer service definitely takes a hit. Managers are given a lot of responsibility but aren't held too accountable for every day actions. This led to a lot of pissed off employees when managers could do whatever they wanted. They totally overbook, especially during the holidays. This leaves customers and employees extremely unhappy and stressed out at the end of each day.

      Pros

Pay is good, especially for a job requiring little to no experience or education. The job itself is fun as well, getting to take pictures of children and families and seeing their reactions to the images is great.

      Cons

It's a big company and as an employee you are seen as just another employee rather than a person. It's a high stress job especially during the holiday season and the schedule set up makes It difficult to get time off. There is also a very high turnover for employees.

      Pros

Good pay for consistent effort. Good promotion opportunities if willing to move. Fun work environment. Work with children and photography. Learn sales skills and customer service.

      Cons

Required black out periods with no vacation allowance. Lots of work on the weekends. Extremely high goals which make it hard to accomplish bonuses.

      Pros

Good pay and they give yearly raises. Photography is fun and easy. You get to talk to people all day and have fun with customers

      Cons

Long hours, holidays suck, under staffing, no reward system for hitting sales goals, loss of hours if you do not reach sales goals. People can just purchase the special and it affects your performance. Snooty parents.

      Pros

Loved the idea behind the job, taking pictures, playing with children and the pay was good.

      Cons

Besides what I said in pros, everything else was a con. You worked 70 hour weeks with one day off, and worked 12 hour days with one 30 minute break in the first three hours of work. The company has no compassion or care towards its employees and several inappropriate comments made from management had been shared. Will lose your creaitvity,

      Pros

Pay was good to start Family atmosphere because there are only 3-8 other people who you work along side Solid 40 a week

      Cons

Sales over photography Making parents feel like crap for not buying pictures No chance for advancement if you are not willing to uproot and move to another state Raise structure is a joke have to make the company 3 times what they pay you in sales to get 20 cents Holiday hours are crazy 12-16 hour days with 30 min break Forced to work set months due to black out so no vacation during major holidays

Fun job but has negative motivation for sales

      Pros

Pay is good for someone with no experience. The job is fun taking photos. Lot's of Overtime during the Holidays.

      Cons

If you like spending time with your family during holidays this is not a job for you. The motivation for sales is if you go under a certain average for 30 days you'll be warned then fired. They over promote very cheap packages and expect you to sell ten times that amount.

It's a fun job if you're great with kids and adults alike and have creative ability.

      Pros

It's a great job for people who love children, good pay, and don't mind working weekends. Great job for college students (like me). Close knit with coworkers. Ability to move up with experience and good sales/reviews.

      Cons

Work a lot of weekends, holidays, and long work days during busy season. Sales pitch is a bit annoying (however helpful). High expectation for sales when they offer super low coupons. They often over book for holidays (10 minute intervals, with only two photo rooms), you will usually use a background to two per room.
