      Pros

      I cannot say enough good things about this company. The amount of time they spend training new staff on the ins and outs of Applied Behavior Analysis is outstanding. The supervisors are always willing to help out to offer a listening ear. The owners truly are compassionate about both their client's progress and the well-being of their employees. Positive Synergy is a great place to work!

      Pros

      The company has a team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs and OTs making collaboration easy and effective. Everyone there is supportive of each other and you can tell that the owner, Margot, truly cares about all of her employees. The services provided are compassionate, neurodiversity affirming, and effective.

      I really can't think of any cons. It is an amazing company to work for.
