We're building a really great product that genuinely stands out in the market. The leadership and my colleagues here are really inspiring and respectful. There's a genuine sense of collaboration across the company. It's an amazing place to work and I've regularly recommended it to my friends.
Cons
Being fully remote can make it feel a little lonely at first, but regular offsites and online events help with this.

Hi lovely team member!
Thank you so much for your feedback - really appreciate it!
Eltje
- Autonomy to build or work on what you want
- Collaborative whilst asynchronous culture gives a ton of context
- Demanding standards of work
- Tons of experienced people
- Remarkably transparent
Cons
- Miss the office but there will be lots of get togethers after Covid.
- The most transparent company culture I've ever seen
- You feel incredibly empowered to make decisions and are trusted to do the right thing without being micromanaged
- Real feeling of momentum and fast growth across the product, user growth, team
- Most of the team have multiple startup experience, so really know what they're doing
- The founders genuinely care about building a good culture
- Great benefits in general, well-funded
Cons
- Being all remote leaves less room for spontaneous human connection (though partly helped with off-sites)
- The flipside of a super autonomous culture is that you really have to be the driver of your own personal development - you don't get the more structured training of a larger company
