    Pros

Great food on Mondays and Tuesdays. Option to Postmate and pickup anything on Thursday is just awesome!
    Benefits are good.
    Flexibility in work schedule.

    Cons

    PTO is OK at best.
    NO 401K matching.
No meals on Wed & Fri.
The BRO culture at Postmates is just terrible.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the D.B's in your company. There are a ton of them working for your company. In the end they are the reason I left.

I have been working at Postmates full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - 2018 was a huge year for Postmates. The company has landed major investments ($400MM), hired great talent, and continuously grown week over week. In a nutshell, things are really exciting right now
    - Base comp is higher than average, and healthcare benefits are amazing
    - Interesting technical problems to solve. Days aren't filled with solving mundane bugs - there are big things to be built in order to scale to our new demand
    - New and nice office with good food. I enjoy coming to work every day

    Cons

    - We don't have the holy-grail "unlimited paid time off" that many tech companies flaunt. We can work from home/remote whenever, but only get 16 official "off" days annually
    - Onboarding flow needs revisiting for new engineers. Lots of outdated/deprecated onboarding documentation, so getting started can feel overwhelming
