      Great GROWING Company!

      Pros

      Very fair company to work for. Helped me out when at times of need. Management was great and went out of their way to show employees how grateful they were of their hard work. 401 K, Paid time off.

      Cons

      The company spent several resources experimenting in different ways to process scrap. None seemed to work out.
