    Salary, freedom, business trips, teammembers, nice offices

    Cons

    mismanagement, terrible HR, constantly changing strategy, selling a non-existent product, spending money on the wrong things, incorrect contracts

    Nothing special. Normal office and usual facilities.

    Some great people to work with and huge budgets for marketing

    Cons

    Where it all gone. Wasted opportunity lead by fools.

    Retire. To anyone taking these guys on, be careful.

    Pros

    Good salary because of investments received. Good ambiance because many young people. Everything possible ...startup! Many trips and good clients

    Cons

    All the managers couldn't get into ONE strategy and Dan Wagner just spent all the money and leave us without nothing

    Stop entrepreneur to dream and qualify risks!

    It had been a very great startup allowing employees to try everything.

    The people
    Office location and views
    Opportunities to expand your skill set and experience
    Learning how to really get the most from company resources

    Cons

    working with next to no resources so had to regularly beg, steal or borrow just to meet clients contractual needs as money and people constantly been reallocated.
    Non competitve salaries
    Continual stretching of staff to take on additional roles with no compensation and regularly working overtime with no compenstation

    Pros

    There was snacks and coffee in the kitchen all the time. The office was awesome too, bank of America building.

    Cons

    I was told I would get commissions before I took then job, then a couple weeks into being employed they said I wouldn't.

    Advice to Management

    I think they are bankrupt now, so manage your funds better. Transparency would also be good among our employees. I speak of course to the CEO, the management in my experience was excellent
