      Good place to have fun, not a role with any scope to grow

      Pros

      Good training and learning experience for those getting into the construction industry in canada and learning about project coordination, decent 5% RRSP Match. Good young group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Everything else, you will occasionally be overworked with no pay coming your way, Lots of inadequate middle management that is backed by upper management. If you work very hard and provide good quality, they will definitely 'consider' your fair pay request but not honour it. I would avoid it unless you're at your career lowest.
