      Very focussed on providing the best quality for patients and clients whilst also ensuring that the employees are well supported and rewarded fairly

      Cons

      Can be complex due to the nature of the work and the number of parties involved but even this is out of the company's hands to an extent

The service is built around structured, well‑designed patient pathways that make care efficient and safe, leading to consistently strong outcomes. The culture is open, collaborative and transparent where people feel able to challenge, raise concerns and contribute ideas without hesitation. It’s easy to see why the organisation won Primary and Community Care Provider of the Year at the HSJ Awards; the commitment to quality and staff engagement is evident every day.
