Pros

Only pro is you can leave office once you complete your 8hrs 50 mins of days work.

Cons

Please find below list of Cons: 1. Firstly all below reviews were been forced by the management to write good reviews about the company. Some reviews were self written by the management itself. 2. Very small sized company with smallest and labour mindset management. 3. Company in their 25 yrs of existence have not grown yet and it still struggling to reach 6cr turnover pa. 4. Company is in a heavy cash crunch situation. Incurring a loss of 10L/Month. 5. Due to which there have been layoffs and exp candidates are fired in a day. 6. No promotional growth wrt designation for an individual as this is a family run company. 7. 2 yrs contract and company can fire any time. 8. Salaries will be put on hold for 3-4 weeks. 9. Micro management company with narrow minded people surrounded. 10. No Personal perks like eg. Medical insurance, Mediclaim etc.

Cons

Company is founded by two directors. Both are running two different companies. If you get in to pragati software then by default you have to work for the second company if you are in to support function like admin,finance,IT,HR etc. Lady Director behaves like she us doing favor on you by paying you the salary. Doesn't even know how to treat employees, you will get a treatment like you are a slave. She will even ask you to buy her clothes, search maids etc.etc. salary on hold is the major issue that you may face if your CTC is above 4.5LPA. join at your own risk

Our leadership has been instrumental in establishing a trusted brand in the IT training industry, and many employees and clients have been associated with us for decades — a reflection of the professionalism we uphold. To address the specific concerns raised: Employees are never expected to handle personal or household tasks. Such practices are not aligned with our policies or culture. Salary delays are not part of our standard practice. We process payroll as per defined schedules, and in rare exceptions (e.g., banking or external factors), communication is made proactively. Our support functions (Admin, Finance, IT, HR) are integral to our growth and are treated with the same professionalism as all other functions. Pros

Only pro- punch in and punch out on time. Pros only for non educated (10th pass, fail) nice growth. Have seen peons reaching yo Head position of Presales.

Cons

1. Almost all positive reviews are posted by the management, praising the CEO... just to increase the rating.. do not fall for it.. i repeat, please go through entire reviews before you decide. 2. You will be forced to sign a contract for 2 yrs. 3. Owner driven company, no management.. you will work like a slave no matter how educated you are. 4. Owner Pradyumn Sharma's wife Preeti Sharma will treat you like a sweeper guy. If you are applying for Admin/IT role, be ready to work for their household stuff as well. 5. They pay you well, but its a trap. 6. Preeti Sharma is superstitious and you can see weird things in her cabin.. 7. Workplace is like a godown. All negative vibes only. 8. IT developers have no scope, do not join. No work for them, so they will burn their time with this company with no product or technology knowledge and at the end when they look for new roles in other company it will be difficult to find a job. 9. Its into training business since 28 yrs and has not reached a turnover more than 6cr till now. 10. In a cash crunch scenario now, as they have rented out many of their properties. 11. Salary schedule on 7th of every month, holding of 7 days salary. But expect to receive by 18th or 21st of the month. High salary guys can expect a delay by a month unless they have sufficient collection from their business. 12. Narrow minded company surrounded by negative slaves. 13. You will be monitored 24x7 by the owners, whom you talk, what you do, chai breaks.. For any more details you may reach up to me.
