Pros

Didn't find any reason to work with Pragmatic.

Cons

Worst company. There is no work culture in pragmatic. No Management, No employee satisfaction, most important no trust on employees. Only trustworthy employee in company is Their Office Boy. Rest all are useless, thieves.

Pros

Good Team, people and opensource technologies..

Cons

Management consists of one man show..no standard policies as such. Terrible HR policies to be specific. Management believes on office boy the most than own employees...no clear vision whether company wants to in which direction..clearly not available. People are fed up of watchdog type tracking than actual work. Small pity issues becomes important for mgmt to torture employees. Management handles all decision making..no delegation and no arguments.Interested in other company's policies more than implementation their own policies. Behavioral issues of management leads to more frustration in employees, no ethics, no employee respect. Think thrice before joining in..

1. Get to learn many things actually 2. Onsite opportunities but you wont be earning much from that. 3. Helping colleagues. 4. Good for freshers

Tip: To keep good reviews on glassdoor, All positive reviews of the company are added by the company itself. For sure, company is not having even single employee who is well wisher of compnay. You may ignore such reviews. 1. Strictly more than9 hours complition. 2. Unethical CEO & HR 3. Late Salaries 4. Use of moblie is not allowed 5. They introduced a new leave policy but it is still according company but not according employee 6. If you are leaving the company some how after some year, severing your 2 months notice period, management will always review you bad to new company. 7. You may have to pay company around 70000/- to 80000/- to get releasing or experience letter. 8. You have to pay for parking even. 😂 9. Politics: Not between the employee, but CEO and HR. 10. Washrooms are not into office premises, which may cause you incompletion of your 9 hours, and cut of salary. 11. There is min 1.5 year bond for freshers, and min 1 year bond for experienced 12. Unprofessional CEO There are lots of things to say... In short, company is not so good.

Reply: We don’t know how long you have been employed with us and what role you were into, however, we have very good and loyal employees they are working with us from years and we are happy and even they are happy working with us. 1. Strictly more than9 hours complition. Reply: Our login time is 8:30 hours which is standard in the market. 2. Unethical CEO & HR Reply: One individual persons' perception should not change others opinion about the company. 3. Late Salaries Reply: Our salary is on time and it never gets delayed. 4. Use of moblie is not allowed Reply: You used come here to work or spend hours on social networking sites from your mobile. 5. They introduced a new leave policy but it is still according company but not according employee Reply: We have modified our leave policy on 2nd of Jan, 2017 and our employees are happy with that we don’t find any reason to change it every now and then. And we don’t know from where you received false information of new leave policy introduction. Our policy is benchmarked and are in line with the industry and labor laws. 6. If you are leaving the company some how after some year, severing your 2 months notice period, management will always review you bad to new company. Reply: We have respectfully relieved every single person except trouble makers probably like you. 99% of people have got good reviews but 1 percent who created trouble for the company and our customers will get bad reviews from us. This is done to make sure the next company does not make a mistake like we did in hiring that individual. We don't misguide other companies during background verification process. 7. Reply: This is an exceptional scenario when an employee had request for a hike of 50% and we did match his expectation and again after few months he resigned and started to misbehave and delayed the client work. And due to this when company started to face losses we had no other option but to relieve him from his duties with mutual decision. 8. Reply: There is no parking space available to purchase by the company. Hence it is a paid parking. We do have a free parking which is outside office premises. 9. Reply: We disagree with you on this. Our company has a open door policy for the same. 10. Reply: We do have washrooms in the office premises. But just not inside the office. Work hour expectation is 8.5 hours and not 9. It is impractical to put a biometric machine at washroom doors :-) 11. Reply: We don’t make them to sign any legal documents it is commitment we ask in advance before joining. This is done to keep away job hoppers. We have been very fair in enforcing this as we understand there are unpredictable situations in everyone's life. We do not have any Bond as they are illegal. We have agreements for freshers who join our company to safeguard their career graph and make them financially stable. We are a company who works on niche technical skills and we have long duration projects and we cannot have irresponsible people to join the company. 12. Reply: Again perception, if he would have been unprofessional he would have not sustained so long. Not sure what you are saying here. According to stats 95% companies close down within 5 years of inception. He has sustained and grew this company in last decade. This could not have been a pure coincidence. The CEO has worked day and night to build this company and even does so now. He is very professional and disagree here completely.
