Work culture is good, compared to other service companies.
Cons
Learning curve is minimal. Salary structure should improve, don't have many tax saving options. No respect to long timers, in terms of pay,position and work given to them. Management trusts people who keep blabbering, irrespective of work done on professional front.

Good work life balance in some project but not all Good compensation. fun activities by HR's Join only if you will be working on Product and not the service side.
Cons
Pretty bad food at canteen. Cafeteria food is very costly. So better take lunch with you. Quality of food is not good. Cafeteria closes at 7 PM. So no facility for dinner. Make your own arrangements. Area where company is located is very bad, you won't feel working in IT area like hitech city. Lack of team lunch. No proper appreciation for good work. Bad salary structure, not at all tax friendly, you end up pay hell lot of tax. Less hikes even if you do good work. Politics and Micromanagement. Lack of projects. Lot of Bench period. Put people who are on bench into irrelevant works so that they remain engaged. Few leads are just for name sake, they ask you to level up instead of leveling up themselves.

Great company if you have the ignite to grow. The company / senior management respective your ideas and values/encouraged a lot to do side project in your spare time. If you are a guy who know how to spend your spare time, then this is the place for you. Good work life balance with WFH option, good leave plan and benefits. You will always feel you are surrounded/working with great people.
Cons
Not focus on marketing, the brand value of local (place of the company) since it does not matter since most of the project are from abroad. You will not hear from most of your friends that they know this company. But people who know will definitely say it's a great company. Not a tax friendly salary structure.
