      Flexible but complicated

      Excellent flexibility, numerous hands on opportunities, and a mostly pleasant staff

      Cons

      Poor communication, lack of accountability, there is preferential treatment given to certain staff members which can be very frustrating, and senior management has a major disconnect with what is actually going on in the building.

      I really can't think of any.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, poor wages, no communication, shady business ethics, no accountability, no training, no advancement, no investment in equipment, no advancement in technology, no investment in employees, only care about the bottom line.
