Pretty Poor Upper Management

Pros

Strives for automation Some remote work

Cons

Very political company Upper management forced employees to return to office then failed to show up Upper management refuses to listen to employees who are in the day to day. Upper management only hiring friends and people they have worked with. Favorites are played very heavily creating a culture where management will create a toxic environment for employees. Upper management likes to have non stop meetings where work is not getting done than guilt employees for not working later hours. Upper-management had put me in a chat where my director was talking months prior about how she did not want me to get a promotion. The second my previous manager left, my director constantly threw me under the bus and gave me poor reviews despite employees around telling me the great work I am doing. She would yell at me for not attending meetings she did not invite me to. My team had lost 4 employees and had stretched our team thin when our team could not handle the workload. Refused to hire more employees then allocated money to the wrong things.

Pros

There a absolutely none at all

Cons

The work is very repetitive and very basic. There is not much critical thinking going on at this place. I didn't go to college to become a data entry monkey. Also senior leadership, all the way at the from the Benjamin Franklin looking president at the top, is not receptive to employee growth. It's basically work as hard as possible and see no type of reward for your hard work. I honestly don't know how they have won so many 'best ad tech' awards. There are no real products or platforms. There are just a bunch of people manually entering data into multiple external systems. Most of their campaigns just run in Madhive where they just bid programmatically or on open exhanges, opposite of what they tell clients. Stay far away! This place is a joke!!!!

Pros

Office location and coworkers. Great environment when the work is coming in.

Cons

Recent changes have made the place very unstable. The CEO has made some terrible decisions which resulted in the termination of a lot of staff due to the company not meeting goals and stretching everyone thin. The company was for sale but after this didn't go through there was no contingency plan.
