      Avoid like the plague!

      Pros

      Competitive salary, beautiful/clean office, life/health insurance, other fringe benefits, friendly coworkers are equally driven and motivated

      Cons

      Hostile work environment and a lot of false promises given during the interview process and throughout your tenure. There are too many people in the firm with "Manager" and "Director" titles, so if you're a junior employee they will make every effort to let you know that you're a junior employee and will treat you accordingly. Firm's interest is neither aligned with the employees nor the clients' best interest. CEO averages a 4-5 month vacation each year, which speaks volumes on the leadership and direction that the firm is heading.

      Thank you for your feedback. Over the past few years since you wrote this review we have made significant improvements in our leadership team. This review was posted at a time when the firm was going through an operational shift, as many companies do. As you can see from the more recent reviews, our current staff enjoys working together as a team to provide a high level of service to our clients which is proven through our very high client retention percentage.

      Pros

      Fast paced competitive work environment that is a great fit for people who work hard and are driven to accomplish. They definitely push you to perform at your best. Great experience and growth opportunity for top performers.

      Cons

      The fast paced competitive work environment may not be for everyone. Top performers (A players) will welcome the challenge and experience but other less driven personalities may find it difficult to thrive. Being innovative creates an environment of continual change where average employees may struggle.
