I have been working at Pret A Manger full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Very good pay, benefits, fun environment to work in. Quick to go up the ladder in busier locations

    Cons

Too much pressure on managers Managers then put a lot of pressure on staff and so on. In quieter areas, you feel stuck in one position, can't grow
