Cons
Slavery jobs and with the current shortage of staff, losing out on mystery shoppers number of times as with the amount of works needed to be done, there’s no way we could fulfill mystery shopper expection. Thus not being rewarded for the extra hard work we put in. And with horrible emotionally unstable manager really messed you up. Stay away if you don’t want to have nightmare!

Lovely manager and all colleagues. Makes working there a nice experience.

Quite a hard work. If you start at 5 am there is a lot of heavy lifting as you need to sort out delivery. After a while back pain stars to be a normal everyday thing that no one should get for a minimum pay.

There use to be some. Not anymore. Unless you like to work 60 hours a week them go ahead.

Increasingly hard work with little compensation. Long working hours with no choice to work less. Chronically understaffed stores. Stressful environment. Total lack of respect from upper management. Mystery shopper as tool of penalising team. Health demeaging work conditions.
