Coming from someone who has seen the harmful rhetoric being spewed in and around this organization as well as the eventual resignation from the CEO a while back, and me being in a stable and comfortable position working for over two years where my work is appreciated long after I had this position with this organization, the organization is as toxic as they come and I assume they have not changed anything in their human resources department. It wouldn’t surprise me if there were no changes in the human resources department since I have been there last. Truly the bottom of the barrel treatment and there are many other nonprofits that you could work for aside from this organization. I would recommend you did not start working for an organization that had a scathing article released about them. Be that as it may, if you are desperate for work, this place is a good stepping stone.
