Doesn't live up to the promises

Pros

Exciting product with lots of potential

Cons

So many internal politics and empty promises. Gives the staff gift cards to keep them sweet but it doesn't make up for the poor salaries and toxic environment.

Pros

The energy, collaboration, and culture across the team is unique. Passion for roles, product and clients is seen every day. The job isnt always easy, and like anywhere there are challenges, but you get through those, often together. The support I get from others in the team, both personally and at work is fabulous. Hard work, but a lot of fun too.

Cons

A global business can mean some unusual hours at times but it isn't often. With all Execs based in AU we have less visibility sometimes than we could, but this I dont think is through intent, just circumstance, and it feels like this is evolving.
