      Worst experience ever, They dont know what they are doing

      Pros

      They just name themself Prime, but really they are not. Don't have any idea about how digital marketing works. They think posting something daily on LinkedIn will get them clients. Need to mention they have a disgusting choice of designs.

      Cons

      If you have ever joined this organisation, you will know how hard it is to leave and how much painful things they can cause while you want to leave because of the suffocating and toxic environment they create with their HR manager. They try to showcase a very good, bright work culture, but inside it's a dark trap for newcomers.

      I was working in this company which is no less than lala company where the HR changes policies as per her mood and no work-life balance and they think that they are the only one customer facing company in the world where there employees need to be available 24/7 in the lowest cost possible.

      Its like a normal Proprietor ship company.. The SINGLE TIER management talks big and that is their sole asset.

      It is an unprosseional, glorified GROCERY SHOP...unprofessionalism prevails in every corner of the company..No growth for the employees..They strongly believe in HIRE & FIRE (as soon as the need is over).
