      Pros

      Excellent opportunities to learn from other prop traders. Decent pay and benefits package, you're rewarded for your contributions.

      Cons

      -No work from home flexibility -Trading capital and risk appetite could be larger but understandable due to the small nature of the shop.

      Pros

      I hadn't looked at Glassdoor for Prime before. There seems to have been a general complaint that everyone is on their own. Times have changed. Prime has some of the best, most experienced traders I've ever met and they are all willing to share their thoughts and ideas. I've got some great trading ideas and perspectives from these guys.

      Cons

      They try to keep expenses down so there is no free lunch but it's never really free anyways.
