      Fast turnover of newer employees

      Pros

Employees are like families. Been there average 10 years for most. Administrator supportive, easy to talk to, family oriented, always ready to roll sleeves up and hit the floor when need arises. The best administrator you can have!

      Cons

For newer employees, decent rate, for senior employees, barely getting any increase. Hardworking and dedicated staff for years can feel “unappreciated” when salary adjustments are made.
