      Pros

      The pay is similar compared to other similar companies.

      Cons

      Long, ridiculous hours. I worked 100+ hours a week, and wasn't paid overtime due to being a salaried employee. I barely knew my manager. A lot of the people are very irritable and unpleasant due to getting 3-4 hours of sleep a night. The "engineering" position was just data entry and manual labor. The company is also very disorganized and tells you where you need to be less than 24 hours in advance.

      Pros

      The company has a solid presence in the Permian Basin. Fast fracking crews. The guys in the crews are awesome.

      Cons

      Well over worked and under paid compared to the hands you work over. Because they have overtime pay then end up making more money than you will.
