Role creep is a real risk; roles and responsibilities shift or accumulate faster than support or capacity. Staff are expected to just 'make it work' when concerns are raised.
For a company that professes to care about and advocate for neurodivergent individuals and promote neuro-inclusivity, the disregard for neurodivergent staff and a robust reasonable adjustment process is deeply saddening.
