- Blame game is played everywhere - Untrustworthy team - Management doesn't care about the problems of the employees, run the company based on just lines on graphs - Bad salary - Bad working condition. Development through a remote desktop connection which terminates every 10 minutes. - Ancient technology stack. Every major bad practice in software development related to the technologies that are used there is treated as norm.
