I have been working at Progressive Insurance full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The job of a claims adjuster isn’t for someone easily stressed. It’s a challenging but rewarding job.

    Cons

Insurance is expensive. There’s some companies that cover all insurance and pay their employees around the same salary. It would be great if Progressive could have a similar insurance structure, or at least decrease the out of pocket portion by 1/2.
